Installation Service
Please note that recent legislation requires all work involving wiring into mains electricity to be carried out by a qualified professional, or to be checked by a council official after the work is completed. These units would be easy to install for any DIY enthusiast, but you must ensure you are in compliance with this and other electrical safety regulations. Installation Details - Steam Showers
The installation of these units is extremely straight forward, requiring little more effort than installing a normal bath or shower. Each unit arrives in several parts - generally the base, the backboard, the glass/door system and the roof. Your installer will be able to put one of our products together within the day.
Then it is simply a case of attaching the hot and cold feeds, wiring the units into the electricity supply and attaching the waste trap. That's it! You're ready to go. These units are more like appliances than household fittings - you do not need to fix them against the wall, and can, if you want, take them with you easily when you move house.
All you need to install one of our steam showers is a standard electricity supply and hot and cold water feeds. All our products are mixer showers and run off the pressure from your system. We recommend a pressure of at least 1-2 bars - if you feel your water pressure may be too low, you may need to install a pump. Please call us for further information.
